How do I get a detailed list of exhibitors for the show?
Please visit the
Exhibitor Directory section on the Korea Trade Show website for the most updated information about the exhibiting companies that will be participating in the show. How long does it take to receive a confirmation for my registration?
Providing you included your correct e-mail address on the registration form, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within 48 hours. Faxed confirmations take two or three days. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact MZI Global at 888-699-7531.
What if I do not pre-register for the Korea Trade Show NY 2009?
No need to worry, you can register at the event, however in order to expedite your registration process we encourage you to take advantage of our online registration prior to the show. Online registration is available throughout show days.
Is there a charge for a replacement badge?
No. A replacement badge can be printed at the Pre-Registered desk in the Registration area with proper identification free of charge.
How do I get a correction on my badge?
If there is an error with your badge or registration, please contact MZI Global at 888-699-7531 to request changes to your badge. Additionally a correction on the badge can be made at the show, please bring your registration confirmation to the registration desk and a valid ID. There is no charge to have your badge corrected.
How do I get on the mailing list for next year’s Korea Trade Show NY?
If you attended this year’s show, you will be on our mailing list and you will receive materials regarding next year’s show when they become available.
Can I bring my child to the expo? How about a well-trained pet?
For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show. There are no childcare services available on-site. Only utility animals for the physically challenged are permitted. Please contact MZI Global at 888-699-7531 if you are handicapped and require special assistance in order to attend our event.
Are cameras allowed on the show floor?Yes, credentialed media are permitted to bring camera equipment onto the show floor. Exhibitors retain the right to restrict photography of their products or displays.
What type of identification will I need to pick up a badge ?
You will need to bring two forms of identification to pick up your badge or to register on-site:
- One personal picture ID such as a driver's license or passport,
- One business ID such as a business card, pay stub or statement on company letterhead.
You will not be able to pick up your badge holder without both forms of identification.
Can I make appointments with exhibitors before getting to the show?
